End of Term Client: Wet Seal-Shauna Harlow

For my end of term client, I am choosing to focus on Wet Seal and their target market. Wet Seal has always tried to target fashionable teens and young adults. This clothing store was very popular around the time I was in middle school and now it’s slowly becoming forgotten. Wet seal has tried many different ways of campaigning their store in hopes to bring back their customers. Wet Seal used a young girl with down syndrome as their model and also brought plus sized clothing into their store. Making these changes is a start in helping revamp Wet Seal and I want to re-search more about it and other ways they can go about getting their target market back and their stores up and running. Also technology and the internet is a huge factor when it comes to businesses today succeeding and is something Wet Seal needs to improve on.
